Wedding Venue Décor

Creative wedding venue styling and decorations add the wow factor to our function rooms and table dressings.

To make wedding planning and organising easier, we offer an onsite décor service to wedding and event hosts. As well as freeing up your time and streamlining event planning, our décor service offers several other advantages which wedding guests appreciate.

Inclusive packages to fit your budget

We have a range of décor packages to fit your budget and event style. Our basic package includes:

  • Chair covers;
  • Chair sashes;
  • Table skirts for the bridal and cake tables.

However, we also have more elaborate wedding décor packages which include:

  • Table runners;
  • Table decorations – such as fairy lights, tea lights or sashes;
  • Table centrepieces;
  • Table numbers;
  • Gift table with white pleat skirting;
  • Seating plan display;
  • Bonbonnieres;
  • Name cards.

We’ve organised hundreds of weddings and will make sure that every detail has been considered and is in the right place at the right time.

Flexibility

While our wedding décor packages are designed to make it easy for hosts to compare inclusions and prices, we’re totally flexible. You can mix and match packages or request additional special elements to create a unique setting for your wedding reception.

We encourage our event hosts to be creative and add your own styling too. That could include photos for a display table, handmade table decorations or bonbonnieres for guests to take home as a memento of the special day.

We’re happy to work with outside suppliers such as florists and can recommend local suppliers to you.

If you have a vision we’ll help you make it happen. For example, if you have a particular colour scheme or theme in mind, we’ll help source the decorations and finishing touches needed. If you’re not sure if we can do it, just ask, and we’ll do our best to organise it for you.

Headland Golf Club’s function rooms are roomy, airy and bright with wide windows looking out over epic views, from the golf course to the coast. It’s a classic setting with universal appeal, but we understand that the décor and finishing touches will really personalise your event and make it memorable.

We’ll take care of every aspect of the décor for you, including planning, sourcing decorations and setting up the rooms.

Our functions organiser will make sure that every detail is attended to so all you have to do is turn up and enjoy spending time with your guests in a setting that’s been specially decorated to fit your individual style.
